ok so now that i've just thrown out a HUGE secret i guess i will share a little more about it.
my baby girl has been cooking for 24.5 weeks and is due may ninth.
she does not have a name yet because davis and i can't agree on a thing!
i was very sick the first 16 weeks of being pregnant but for the most part i'm not getting morning sickness at all anymore.
flossing makes me look like i've just sucked someone's blood because i guess your gums swell up during pregnancy.
i did not faint when i got my blood drawn the first time at the doctors (HUGE STEP)
i get my blood drawn again in a week so i guess we will see how that goes.
i have gotten two different ultra sound techs look at this little baby and instantly tell me she's a girl. (she's not very shy i guess)
she's located at the front of my uterus meaning i just barely felt her kicks and actually knew what they are! now i feel her kicking constantly.
i dont have any crazy cravings but sometimes if i hear someone talking about something I HAVE TO HAVE IT RIGHT THEN!!
dairy products all smell kinda nasty to me but i can still eat them.
i dont feel like i look pregnant yet, i still feel like i'm in the awkward "haley's gained a few pounds" stage.
i hate sleeping on my side but am trying real hard to get comfortable doing so.
my boobs have freaking grown! i am now wearing a 34 D at victoria's secrets.. WHAT??
my back hurts all the time and its just going to get worse.. good thing i will get to sit a lot at my new job.
i'm absolutely terrified of giving birth because of my fear of anything to do with hospitals and surgery and blood and needles but somehow i'm going to have to do it! ahhh
i'm so in love with this little baby girl already and can't wait to see what she's like! so as nervous as i am for may ninth to come, i'm super excited as well :)

change
with this new year comes a new job opportunity for me! i just got hired at 1-800-CONTACTS and i am so thrilled to start a new chapter in my life. i have heard nothing but good things about working for 1-800-CONTACTS and how they treat their employees so well so its going to be a good place for me to work.
after four and a half years at cartridge world it was soo hard to have to put in my two week notice but this new job is really going to help me out a lot. i'm going to miss the people i work with at cartridge world and its sad to leave but it had to happen sometime right?
this new job is so important at this time in my life because they have insurance benefits. i'm currently covered with my mom's insurance but if i were to have any little babies any time soon then they would not be covered. which is a problem because I'M PREGNANT and i will need to have insurance to cover my little baby GIRL - who will be here may 9th!
everything in my life is changing but it's all going to be so amazing and i can't wait!!

new year
today brings the start of a new year! i cant believe that 2011 has already flown by and is nothing but a memory now.
2012 is going to be different from any year that i've ever had and i am scared/excited about it. change can be a great thing and that is what is going to happen this year. a lot of things will be changing. but no one knows whyyyy yet :)
here's a little list of some memorable times during 2011!!
*ran 3 ragnars
*ran 3 half marathons
*taught math to elementary kids
*became a nanny
*got my tonsils out
*purchased my mac computer
*got an iphone
*started a sunday brunch tradition with my best friends
*paid for a personal trainer
*travelled to new york city
*went camping in a tent that i bought
*went to mexico for the first time on a cruise
*dressed up like a zombie and got kicked in the chest by a stranger
*held one of my oldest friends little baby girl
*moved back into the parents house
*fell off a ski lift with madi and about killed ourselves
*discovered my love for country dancing
*tried new restaurants with my sister
*went to the circus. twice
*made new friends
*reunited with new ones
*fell in love with one of my best friends baby boys
*went to a few free summer concerts
*went to one of my best friends wedding
*drove a lot of places
*spent late nights talking to calli about nothing and everything at the same time
*watched fireworks with my love
*got a twitter
*went to my first "lady" doctor
*went on many adventures with my sister
*and much much more that i just cant think of right now
hope everyone's 2011 was wonderful but that their 2012 is better!
